WORKING PRINCIPLE

The motor drives the main shaft through the hypoid bevel gear, and the main shaft drives the pressing roller to rotate. When processing raw materials, the raw materials are fed into the feeding chamber of the flat die machine, and the materials fall on the flat die. The main shaft drives the pressing roller to rotate, and the pressing roller continuously rolls over the material layer to squeeze the material into the die hole. The material undergoes forming and shape retention in the die hole. After a certain period of time, it is extruded in a cylindrical state. The rotating cutter cuts the material to form pellets, and the pellets are sent out by the throwing plate.
