PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

A vehicle-mounted lift is an aerial work equipment that is installed on a car. It consists of a special chassis, a working boom, a three-dimensional full-rotation mechanism, a flexible clamping device, a hydraulic system, an electrical system and a safety device.

A vehicle-mounted articulated boom lift uses the power of a car engine to drive the lift. It has all the advantages of a self-propelled articulated boom hydraulic lift, and the vehicle's walking function gives the work vehicle better flexibility and maneuverability, higher aerial work efficiency, and can adapt to aerial work in a wide range of areas and with high mobility. It is widely used in power, municipal administration, gardening, industrial and mining enterprises, communications and other industries.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

(1) A new type of fully hydraulic self-propelled special chassis. The self-propelled aerial work lifting platform vehicle with completely independent intellectual property rights has been developed, using technologies such as electromechanical and hydraulic integration, reliability design and computer-aided design, and has successfully developed a fully hydraulically driven, self-propelled special chassis, breaking through the previous limitation that domestic aerial work lifting platform vehicles could only be modified and designed using car or crane chassis.

(2) Good load-carrying and operating stability. The chassis structure breaks through the traditional design theory and method, and reduces the center of gravity offset by optimizing the overall layout and load distribution of the vehicle platform. It adopts a unique large-angle backward hinge structure and reasonably sets a variety of counterweight modules to effectively balance the working torque. The H-type variable-section composite box beam rigid frame and high-load solid rubber tires are used to increase the overall rigidity of the chassis, ensure the stability of the whole machine during driving and operation, and realize the function of the aerial work lifting platform vehicle to travel with load.
